Online training can be combined with fitness training if you wish to do more on your own, yet maintain accountability and receive guidance from Ken on program progression.
How does it work? First you consult with Ken and complete fitness sessions to learn the program. From there you email Ken weekly summaries of your exercise program and he will respond personally with any adjustments to your program. Periodic fitness sessions in person will help to solidify the program.
