For Ken Ospelt, fitness is a way of life. Baseball has always been his passion--from little league to Bowling Green State's Division I team. Athletic competition piqued his interest in exercise and nutrition, and he has dedicated his career to helping clients reach their potential.
Ken's 13 years of experience are backed by a solid education:
- Master's degree in sports physiology from Ohio University
- Bachelor's degrees in dietetics and business from Bowling Green State University
- Certified strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association
For the past 13 years, he has trained clients ranging from young athletes to senior citizens. While at Ohio University he designed a strength and conditioning program for their baseball team. He has also designed nutritional programs at The Cleveland Clinic and worked with rehab patients at The University of Chicago and Ohio's Holzer Clinic.
Ken also serves as the exclusive provider of personal training services to Fitness 24/7 health clubs. |
"Ken has a deep knowledge in his field, a talent for explaining his
expertise in plain language, a genuine interest in his clients, and
unfailing patience. I doubt if many people in his field could have done
for me what Ken has done."
